Motivation Circle

I have a confession. I haven't organized anything since Sunday. And, I haven't been to the gym since Thursday. And, I'm feeling cranky, depleted and uninterested in doing anything other than crawling into bed. Preferably until next week or so. To be fair, I also haven't had an hour of free/down time since Thursday.

This all makes me realize:

1) I'm glad I built two "free" days a week into my change challenge, which means I haven't failed yet. Way to set myself up for success!
2) Either the gym or the cleaning has actually been feeding my spirit and energy and motivation.
3) It's really good that I keep this blog. Because even if only a few people are following along, I do feel a sense of accountability and an impulse to be able to report back on some actual progress. Also, when people leave comments and get inspired to make changes in their lives, it's really inspiring and motivating to me. So we've got a little motivation circle going on here.

So. I will definitely get back on the de-cluttering train tonight. And, I will attempt to exercise as well. The real question is: am I allowed to indulge in a little nap when I get home from work?

If it helps at all....I read all of your blog today and it IS inspiring! It's motivated me to create a gmail account for all of my dog related emails and contacts. One small step in the quest for peace of mind!
